Conducted baseline usability studies for iOS; collected metrics for SUS, task success rate, and task ease.
Accessibility SME for mobile; conducted usability studies with blind participants, developed best practices for implementation and integrated accessibility into product development lifecycle.
Lead content research for Premera’s SMS service, focusing on clearly communication information to members; unsubscribe rates are less than half of national average for health insurers.
Expanded the range of methods that the mobile team uses to include surveys, click tests, card sorts and unmoderated studies.

Conducted data analysis in MySQL and Python to identify areas of opportunity in Atlas Recall, from onboarding funnels to key metrics of user engagement to retention rates of users over time.
